Having been a pet owner for more than 20 years and seen several different vets it’s my opinion that Edna Valley vet is the most incompetent vet that I’ve ever been unfortunate enough to experience.
The very bottom of the bucket in the veterinarian sector.
When my pet was suffering with an issue that should of been very simple to diagnose my pet was completely misdiagnosed on three (3) separate occasions while racking up an expensive bill but offering no relief for my pet.
Edna Valley vet did manage to sell me X-rays and expensive pet food which had absolutely nothing to do with the real issue but still offered no pain relief for my suffering pet.
It was only when i found a completely different vet that my pet was diagnosed accurately on the first visit and finally given relief from unnecessary suffering.
To make matters even worst when i contacted Edna Valley explaining that they misdiagnosed my pet on three (3) different occasions they completely denied any wrong doing and was completely unaccountable and hung up the phone.
Not only is Edna Valley veterinarian grossly incompetent but they’re also grossly unaccountable,
This review is my opinion.
